Global IME Bank Corporate Building, opposite to the Royal Palace ground, is designed as a high-rise landmark building for the city. Ground level of the building is designed as an interactive public plaza, where in the exterior landscaped plaza seamlessly continues to the atrium inside. Landscaped terraced gardens are provided in compensation to the natural ground occupied by the building. The terrace on top of the podium level is a spill over space for the cafeteria and conference halls.
