Ncell is the first private mobile service provider operating in Nepal. Ncell Head Office is situated in the center of Kathmandu with three basements and 12 floors above ground. The curve of the building addresses the open space of Lainchaur with offices overlooking at the existing open space, while the northern side addresses the Himalayan views.

The building was originally designed for a 112 keys 5-Star Hotel and later converted into a commercial building.
