Varnabas is a museum hotel that aims to showcase the geographic, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Nepal. The name VARNABAS originates from two words, ‘Varna’ meaning ethnic group and ‘Baas’ meaning shelter/home. The building facade attempts an abstract representation of all the ethnic group’s unique architectural identity in a contemporary way. The hotel will serve as a cultural ethnic live museum where people can understand and experience Nepal’s cultural and ethnic diversity.
