A high-rise elliptical hotel building, consisting of 200 rooms and 33 villas, sitting gracefully on the ridge of the site enjoying the views of the Valley and the Himalayas. Taking advantage of the terraced site, the building has been planned such that it can be accessed from various levels improving privacy and segregation in planning.
