Luxury residential apartment building “The Shangri-La Apartments” is located in the vicinity to one of the seven prominent world heritage sites in Kathmandu – The Bouddhanath Stupa. Pertaining to the religious virtue, all the apartments are oriented towards the Stupa. The building is also designed such that all bedrooms and living rooms in each apartment get a few hours of direct sunlight.

The project comprises of 50 units including 46 luxurious apartments and 4 premium apartments with private swimming pool and open terrace. The total units are categorized as 3BHK units and 2BHK units. There are 38 numbers of 3BHK units and 12 numbers of 2BHK units. All the services required such as health club, multi –purpose hall, community garden, waste management, backup power generators, common laundromat, etc. are provided in the building.
