Situated at Lake Osterbergsee, the hotel was previously a 3-star property. The property is proposed to be upgraded to 4-star category with 100 Rooms. Renovation of the building interior, exterior and landscape shall render a contemporary look with fusion of Nepalese and German architecture.

Design combines new construction with selective refurbishment of existing buildings to provide a sustainable urban hotel with a wide range of social and cultural amenities. The landscaped garden of the hotel adjacent to the lake is designed to provide seamless and open access to the public.
