Chaaya Center is designed as a new destination for Thamel. The complex is designed around a large courtyard which can cater to multi-faceted usage – an event space, an open market, a concert venue, an urban plaza, etc.

The building design explores a contemporary representation of the traditional architectural aesthetics of Kathmandu Valley.

A mixed-use development in a dense urban setting, Chaaya Center consists of a 167 room five-star Aloft hotel, 3 movie theatres, a mall, office spaces, and an Art Gallery.
